Cleaning Heavily Soiled Pub Carpet....

Pub Carpet – a bit grotty
This pub carpet was in a very heavily soiled state. The manager thought that it was going to have to be replaced. Pub patrons could hardly move as their feet were sticking to the floor! Here we are doing a little preliminary conditioning in readiness for flushing out several years of beer spillages.

Full Strip following Severe Flooding...
This was a house that had been grossly contaminated and required complete removal of wall cladding. Being an older home (built with native timbers that are very dense) stripping out for drying and cleaning of the flooring was the most economic and the quickest way of preparing the home ready for full reinstatement and use by the owners. Because of the nature of the flooding, sanitation and drying of the soil beneath the floor was also required to ensure the home was returned to a healthy state.

We use specialist equipment for the drying of an enclosed space (pictured opposite). This unit allows us to dry out spaces quickly and effectively that would otherwise be a problem. In this case the home was restored to full use within a few days and the need for replacement of the kitchen cabinetry and vinyl flooring was avoided. |
